Business Studies is not available at key stage three. Pupils can undertake it in 4th form for GCSE or in lower sixth for AS and following into A2. Not undertaking the subject for GCSE does not restrict in any way a student choosing Business Studies as an A – Level option. The majority of students who choose this subject at A – Level do so as a first time option. Business Studies A – Level is numerically the largest department in the school. Results are of a high standard. For example over 93% of AS students last year gained grades A – C.
